While you're level 1-19, you want to go to the upper level in Skyland. Set your spawn there and follow the giant root over to the next floating island, running right by the tree and settling into the camp on the right.

From there, you want to head to the big tower visible just beyond the houses and break through the bricks on the left side of its curved support. Here, you'll find four chests on each level above you. Jump up and collect as many as you can before server hopping to do it again and again.

You can do this at any level, but with PVP being turned off from levels 1-19, it's easier to do this early on. You can get around 600k Beli in an hour this way.

The faster you can travel from the spawn to the chest point, the more you'll be able to gather up. The player in question used a Light Fruit at level 9 to fly from the spawn to the Blox Fruits money grind spot.
