@Chase I have been on hold with your fraud department for 2 hours. Simply want to report some charges that are fraudulent. Ridiculous customer service.

.@ChaseSupport I’ve tried to get ahold of someone to talk to for the last week, usually a 30+ minute wait time and haven’t been able to talk to someone due to being disconnected. I’m just trying to get an issue resolved.

@Chase I would spend more time on customer service than random clout grabs. Now I have a new card that’s been issued that I did not request. You all are a disaster. Chase with @amazon rewards is the worst credit card experience I’ve ever had.

@ChaseSupport My phone battery died after 2 hours on hold with @Chase for the @united card. Good news though. I called the line and am back on after being told there’s no help that the rep can give me and no supervisors who can help either. So glad we paid up for this card.

I’m glad @chase #bank confirmed everything I’ve thought and have been saying about them to be true.. I just closed my account and not even for a second did anyone pretend to care why I was canceling or if there was anything they could do to help.. really great customer service

@Chase @ChaseSupport You guys put a 30 day late on my credit report ( -40 points now) for an $11 charge (your interest) on a paid off account. No formal mailed letter or call to alert me that interest was charged and past due 30 days? Awful company, doesn’t care about customers
